Mothercare Orb Pram and Pushchair is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 66.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from BRILLIANT PRAM I bought this pram as It seem to have everything we wanted and didn’t cost the earth. It’s been brilliant my daughter loves it, it’s very snug and cosy and the pram is bigger than others which means she can be in it up to 6 months. The pram does have a smaller basket underneath than other brands (icandy which we looked out) but I love the fact I can fold the pram base with all the stuff still in the basket, we keep both car seat and pram rain covers in there, car seat adaptors etc. The icandy basket folds out when you fold it down so you would have to keep removing items from the basket and putting them back in every time. This pram is such good value for money and looks more expensive than it is, we love the swivel and sometimes swivel it half so she can face us in her car seat whilst we have coffee. Thank you mothercare- think it’s a shame you no longer sell the black one as I would have thought it would be your most popular colour!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this buggy! I am using this buggy from my little one birth. Now she is 10 months old. I love it! I would not change a thing. Easy to fold by one hand. Easy to drive by one hand. Quick change from car seat to buggy seat. No fuss. One move and she is facing me. If the weather is nice and a lot is going on she can face outside world. When she fell asleep quick and quiet change of seat and she is comfortable lying down. I am using and abusing this buggy a lot as I have a dog and we like to go out for a nice long walks daily. So I am not going easy on it. Easy to ride off road. Summer I will just unzip the hood to mesh and she have airflow and the shadow at same time. Winter- she is nice and warm with a footmuff. Easy to drive in small places like shops and you can bloc and unblock from wheels to turn easy. The only thing I would change about it it could be a bit lighter. But probably its the wheels. For my next baby I will buy brand new one as I bought this one used. It is worth every penny. I've already recommended it to my two friends and they as happy as I am.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pram/Pushchair I bought this for my daughter's baby son and she is so pleased with it! She said it is very easy to set up and glides along when she pushes it. It does do all the things it claims to and she couldn't find a fault with it. Best of all baby is happy to be in it as it is so comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value comfortable to push and for baby. Bought this in the sale at bargain price and replaced my mamas and papas sola2 which is rubbish in comparison. The Orb looks more expensive and stylish and is functionally great. I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Buggy I’ve had my buggy for about 9 months tho, I really wanted to use it before writing a review and I absolutely love it! The versatility of it is great, I didn’t want a carry cot, seat and car seat due to storage and this is a carry cot and seat in one! The spin function on the base is also so helpful, from sheltering little ones from the sun or wind or when they get a bit older, parking them next to a table and using the spin function so they can sit with us all and be involved is really good! The base did feel heavy at first but now I’m use to it getting it in and out of the car is a doddle! It’s compact, versatile and the wheels are brilliant for walks in towns or country parks. I really can’t rate the buggy hugh enough, I’ve even had friends with more expensive prams day they have buggy envy over mine. My parents have also used it and once they’ve got to grips with it think it’s easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great design I’ve not yet used the Pram with an actual baby in as I’m still pregnant, but we have wheeled it around the house and practised concerting it from carry cot to Pram and folding it up. Very easy to use! Even my boyfriend can work it with little help!! Easy to steer around . Very comfy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the money Very sturdy easy to put together the video helps more than the instructions. Slight downfall can’t hang shopping bags off handle and basket underneath is tad small. But it’s still a good purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely pram I looked at many prams including the expensive brands. This one stood out for me. I love the colour (teal) and how nice it is to push. I get compliments all the time on how lovely it is.

Questions & Answers

Hi, In the specification details, what does it mean by maximum weight 15kg? Does this apply for use in the carry cot style or does it also apply to use as a pushchair when the child is older? And roughly what age would this be? Also to clarify an earli

Asked by: Faiza
Hiya, I'm not sure exactly what it means about the weight but the carry cot converts into the pushchair so the weight should be the same. As for the age, it will depend on the child I guess but I think it's when they can sit up. And yes, you need to remove the top unit each time you fold. I've not found it to be a pain but haven't had to fold it for public transport etc as I use my car. It's actually worked in my favour that it has to fold in two parts as I don't think it would fit in my car if it folded as one unit.

Does the maxi cosi citi group car seat fit this?

Asked by: Brit18
Hello, Thank you for your query. The car seats that will fit on the Mothercare Orb are the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix, Maxi-Cosi Pebble, Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus & Cybex Infant Carriers. You will need the car seat adaptors (Code X6046), these allow you to put the car seat on the chassis of the pushchair in place of the seat unit. I hope information is of use.
