improving your shopping experience
At mothercare, we’re always looking for ways to improve how we do things to best support parents and young children. We do this by actively listening to your feedback, whether it’s about a product, store or service provided.
In a recent survey, we asked you how you prefer to shop with us and 9 out of 10 customers told us they visit us at mothercare.com or in-store. With this result and your best interests in mind, we have made the decision to close the mothercare app on the 31st October 2019.
This gives us more time to focus on creating a better shopping experience, especially on our mobile website. We’ve already introduced exciting new features such as 0%-interest payments via Klarna, as well as improving the checkout experience and order tracking. But we’re not stopping here – there is a lot more to come.
