Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great value for money We used this when our baby turned one. The plaster/clay stuff is really soft and easy to reuse if baby is not making it easy. We didn't use the tin as it makes it really awkward. I'm just going to pop it in an IKEA frame instead, much easier and nicer to display, I just need to paint the clay to make the print pop.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Yksmummy from Not worth the money First of all the clay is very difficult to knead into the heart shape and requires ALOT of pressure to leave an imprint- very difficult to do with a baby! After drying the clay shrunk so that it looks like a misshapen circle rather than a heart and doesnt even fill the tin, cannot even see babys hand or footprint in it. Would not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by KFW1234 from Awful - appearance after 2 years I recently took my baby’s print out of storage after 2 years and was so upset to find the tin had gone rusty and left brown marks all over my print. I was told by customer service this was my fault despite it being stored in the original packaging, completely dry, in a dry and dark cupboard. The clay itself shrinks so doesn’t even look like you hoped when making it, it is very hard to do and I agree the prints are very faint and difficult to see. I was more upset when I was told by customer service that they wouldn’t be sending a replacement out!!! Clearly missing the point that my child is now 2 years and I wouldn’t want a replacement anyway, the opportunity has passed to get thenewborn print again. Clearly they need to look at this product due to other reviews stating theirs too have gone brown and had issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Megan from Very disappointing! After trying the canvas prints which failed completely I then bought this product. I wish I never bothered!! Firstly I found it really difficult to get the prints as the ‘clay’ was very sticky and it was almost impossible to get the heart shape with the rolling pin. The clay isn’t even clay it’s more like a spongy material. After doing the prints I followed the instructions exactly! Left out for 48 hours on one side then another 48 hours on the other side- it was completely dry when putting it inside the tin. I was made up with it and then 4 weeks later it turned all brown/mouldy!!!!! This is very disappointing to us and extremely upsetting as we have lost the new born prints we wanting to keep as a memory forever. When emailing customer service they did not show any remorse what so ever and said to get a refund we needed proof of purchase! I did not keep the receipt as I did not expect the product to go mouldy 4 weeks later- absolutely appalling customer service! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED LIKE WE ARE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Vegitabeta from Rubbish Didn't dry properly, even weeks after doing it, turned brown, and it's shrunk so it's not even a heart shape. A memory totally lost. Don't bother buying this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by AimLDil from Terrible, waste of money This is a terrible product. Do not waste your money. The clay is difficult to use, very sticky. It isn't clay, it is more like a rubber consistency. It doesn't get a good impression and when dry it shrinks. Bearly resembles a heart! Bought this to remember a special moment, it didn't capture this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Collette from Waste of money I bought this for my daughter so she could have a keepsake of her son’s hand & footprint, Total waste of money as when it dried you couldn’t see the imprints. Very disappointed.
