Stokke Tripp Trapp highchair is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 73.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product I was gifted a tripp trapp chair 35 years ago when I was a new mum. Now I am gifting it for my granddaughter, as I know what a fantastic product it is and how safe my granddaughter will be in the chair if my daughter turns her head for a second. It seems little on the expensive side at first but divide the cost into years that it will be used and it works out at great value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fab chair Bought this for my 3 1/2 year old son who has dysrpaxia. It helps to support him by having his feet touching the bottom ledge. It supports his posture. Fab chair, what i think is great that it grows with the child until they are an adult. Great item cant fault it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Checking gift card balance qas a pain. Online form didn't work, automated telephone service didn't work either. Spoke to the operator eventually, took ages, spend £3 just to find out the remaining gift card balance.

HI i got the high chair from a friend but the baby set isnt compatible with the high chair, do i just buy a new high chair?

Asked by: ashleigh
Ok this is a tricky one becauuuuusssee..........................I have both chairs and to be honest the older one is way way better as a chair than the newer one. I never had the babyset for the older one as my bestie did and her baby got stuck in it so defo wouldn't recommend the baby set with this one. We are going back 9 years here and I remember it really clearly, poor little man was frantic and terrified! I then purchased a new chair for the latest addition (within last year or so) - complete nightmare - had aprox 7 sent out before one arrived complete, undamaged and acceptable! It really isn't as nice/comfortable/well built as the old ones - wish I'd got an old one from ebay! Anyhow, old chair definitely better than the newer ones.....................however I did purchase the baby set which goes with the new one and if you do decide to get a new chair rather than ebay etc the baby set is vastly improved and worth having - don't bother forking out for the straps tho unless you have a Houdini on your hands or plan on leaving the table for any length of time - mine is a wee minnie and she's never managed to figure out climbing out. At very least wait and get the first bits and see what you think - its all so blooming expensive! Hope I've helped and this isn't too confusing! Ps if you do decide to keep the old one and not purchase a new one then cannot recommend more for a while until little one is big enough to manage the chair as a toddler/small person chair an ikea white plastic highchair - it has four removable metal legs, a seat and tray with a washable padded lining. The whole thing can be wiped down in minutes, looks super urban cool and clean lines in a kitchen and costs a bargain £15.00 - then move onto your stokke as they grow...............just a thought (worked for me :) )

Hi I've bought this chair for a holiday home for children age 6 months upwards to use at the table to eat. Do I need to buy accessory straps or seats etc? or can they just use it as it is? Many thanks

Asked by: Helen
buy only the baby set first. Then assess your child to see if the straps are required. My youngest (1 year old) has not needed the straps only the Baby set. I would just get the baby set first and wait and see how your 6 month old go. Only buy the accessories when IF you need and not JUST IN CASE.

Does the Tripp trapp include the gliders that you attach to the legs to stop it potentially tipping backwards? As we already have one for our daughter & they came included in the box however we have just purchased one for our son & there was no gliders i

Asked by: Charlotte
I didn't have gliders with my high chair they came with the baby set or you buy them on there own x

I am looking to use a Tripp Trapp chair at our island in the kitchen but can't find the height of the top platform. Don't want to purchase one if designed to use at a table and too low for our work top. Any advice please?

Asked by: georgia
The seat at the top position is 57cm and my table is 79cm high. I need it at this highest setting for my little one to reach our table. Hope this helps :)
