You can now have your order delivered to your local store for collection. Orders will usually be available from the next working day (However please note at busy times the Click and Collect date may be extended). Your order will be available to collect from your chosen store once you have received a text message confirming it is ready.

All items in Mothercare furniture collections, Mamas & Papas furniture, & Boori Urbane Furniture are delivered by our two man delivery service to a room of your choice, within 7 - 10 working days . Our courier company will text you within 48 hours with a suggested date for delivery, providing a mobile number has been supplied. Please ensure you provide a mobile number when placing your order. (Order bookings and deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands addresses may take slightly longer).

What is Click and collect?
When you place an order for eligible products online, you will be offered the option to have your order delivered to your local Mothercare store. Orders will usually be available for collection from your chosen store from the next working day (However please note at busy times the Click and Collect date may be extended) - you will receive a text confirmation when your order is available for collection. Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse. This service is available in the UK.

Is there a charge for Click and collect?
Free on all UK orders. Only available on selected lines.
How soon can I collect my order?
When you place your order, you will be notified of a collection date - this will usually be from the next working day. If you are collecting your order from the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland, there may be an additional day's delay. If you ordered on the Web, you will receive a text message confirming when your order is ready for collection provided you have entered a mobile number. If you have not received your text confirmation by the estimated delivery date, please contact your chosen store directly.
How can I choose Click and collect?
Delivery options are shown on our online product pages to let you know whether the item is available for home delivery or Click and collect. At checkout, you will be able to choose your delivery option.
If you place your order in a participating store or by phone, please tell the customer assistant that you would like to collect the order from a participating store.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase, or the text or email sent confirming your order is now available for collection, when you collect your order. Otherwise, please make a note of your order details and order number and take them with you to the store.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes. They will need to answer security questions about you: your name, home address and email address or telephone number. It would be helpful if they could bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase when collecting your order. If you can't print the document, please ask them to take a note of your order number and details as they will be needed at the store.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone the store and let them know. Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
Please note that at present we are unable to provide the Express delivery service if your basket includes: items on pre- order, items with extended delivery (for example, nursery furniture), or mama tens rental. If a pre-order or extended delivery item is added to an order where you wish to have one of these delivery options, your order cannot be delivered on the requested day. To ensure the correct delivery for all items in your basket, 2 separate orders can be placed: 1st order: with pre-order and extended delivery items 2nd order: remaining items in your basket.
During the Christmas and New Year period, exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver
Please see the product detail page for the specific delivery lead times for certain types of products which are delivered direct to you via a separate courier. Please allow an additional day for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and 2 additional days for deliveries to Jersey & Guernsey.

Delivery to Room of Choice
After you have placed your order with us, our courier company will text you within 48 hours with a suggested date for delivery. If this date is not acceptable then you will be able to select from a calendar of available dates (including Saturdays in certain areas). Alternatively, our courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable day. Once the order has been booked, the courier company will text you to confirm the 3 hour delivery time slot the evening before delivery. Please ensure you provide a mobile number when placing your order. Please see individual product detail pages for details of products included in this.

Furniture Assembly Service
All Mothercare furniture are delivered flat pack and will require self-assembly. Branded furniture are also delivered flat pack and will require self-assembly unless the brand state otherwise on the product page. In conjunction with Jade Logistics we are able to offer a home assembly service. Phone 0844 811 7688 and tell the Jade team which flat packed item(s) you have purchased. They will arrange for someone to visit your home on a convenient date and time to assemble the item(s) in the room of your choice. Prices start from £25 and will be confirmed when you call. Payment is made direct to Jade. Please check the item and enclosed fixings thoroughly upon receipt prior to booking your appointment.
Selected items such as large, bulky or website exclusive items may take a little longer to deliver; if so, this will be indicated on the product information and order summary pages. Please note that some items are only available for delivery to Mainland UK and cannot be sent to offshore islands, BFPO addresses or Northern Ireland – please refer to individual products for delivery restrictions.
Where an item says "dispatched within 5 working days" please allow a further 4 working days for the delivery. For Boori and King Parrot items only, you will be contacted by Boori to arrange a suitable delivery date within 14 days of your purchase. You can choose a delivery date outside of this time. Please note that you may be charged if you return unwanted products.
What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?
If you are not in when we attempt delivery, we will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time, alternatively we may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you.
British Forces Deliveries
British Forces Deliveries BFPO deliveries are charged at £8.95. Delivery to BFPO Wembley will be within our standard delivery period. Please allow up to ten working days from receipt at BFPO Wembley to arrival at your BFPO address. Orders for delivery to BFPO addresses are subject to size and weight restrictions, dependent on the geographical location (max. length 1.05m).
Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland Deliveries
The Channel Islands - A charge of £6.95 will be made for each order delivered to The Channel Islands. Please select UK-Channel Islands as your country when you place your order. All prices are inclusive of applicable UK taxes.
Republic of Ireland. A charge of £13.95 will be made for each order delivered to the Republic of Ireland. Please note that not all items are available for delivery to the Republic of Ireland
We offer international delivery on selected items such as maternity, baby and children's clothing. Please see individual product for further details. A variable delivery charge will be applied at the checkout, according to the country of destination and weight of your order (see our main International Delivery section below). Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

The delivery charge will be applied according to the total weight of your delivery. The delivery charge will be displayed at the checkout on the order summary page.
We aim to deliver as specified in the table above, however:
- Delivery made by airmail can take up to 30 days.
- Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries.
- Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE: all Mothercare deliveries must be signed for.

Items with an "Email me when available" option are normally expected to be available in 4 to 8 weeks. If you request an email we will send one to you as soon as the item becomes available to order on the website.
