I used these after the birth of my daughter and I am about to buy some more gauzes to use after my second baby is born (I hope I don't need them but better have them than be sorry)

I used these after the birth of my daughter and I am about to buy some more gauzes to use after my second baby is born (I hope I don't need them but better have them than be sorry)
My tip is to take in a dicreet litte bag so you can pop them in maternity unit freezer without embarrasement - the coolness of these really helped me feel more comfortable and I think ithelped the swelling go down quicker too.
