read moreThis product is great if used correctly! To create a vacuum you have to dampen the nostrils before attempting to suck. I use a wet cotton bud to dampen the inside of the nostril which allows you to get really good suction and completely clears the babies nose, hence helping to prevent the infection getting worse and the cold lasting longer. Be prepared from some giant bogeys :-)
