Bought this for my grandaughter aged 9 months haven't used it yet. Delivery was very quick. It arrived without instructions so had to work out how to unfold it quite difficult to get shape,still not perfect shape base could do with being a little more padded.Needs more than one to assemble.Looking forward to her using it,may get some work done now when I look after her on a Friday.

I've got it for my son when he was around 9 months old. It's great to be able to leave him in the pen with a few toys for him to entertaint his self while i'm doing the cooking and housework.
One day(when he is 16 months old), i left him in the pen to watch his favorite tv program and he started to climd out his pen(using his toes to grip on the bars and pull his self up, then lean over followed by getting his legs over the top bars one by one), luckly i was beside him and manage to catch him but htat give me a right shock.
I'm now got a den to put over and hopefully it will stop him climbing out again.
Therefore, i suggest to change the limits unless you bought a play den to go with it.

This is great we first used it for the moses basket and stand in case we left the door ajar and the dog got inquistive and knocked over our daughter in the process,our daughter has been in it on a daily basis since birth,especially whilst cooking,answering the door etc, she loves it..............now she is rolling we have used as room divider, we also have the tent to convert to playhouse at later date ............good alround product

We love it and so does our 6 month old. He especially loves rolling his ball which hits the sides and comes back to him! He also enjoys standing up and holding onto the bars on the outside ...

I got the babyden to act as a room divider - it works a treat. I haven't bought the "wall fixers" but due to the weight haven't felt the need. My daughter is 10 months and all though she can make it "lightly shake" when she stands holding on and "rocking" she has been unable to topple it (despite her very best efforts). My only problem is that one of the bottom "fixers" has broken so I am contacting baby dan for a replacement. I haven't tried to use as a playpen (mainly as I don't want to restrict my daughter) but as a room divider it gives me faith to leave the room briefly...... that was all I wanted so that my daughter can't get to things she shouldn't!
