read moreWhilst I'm very happy with most aspects of this highchair (I love the pink, easy to wipe seat cover, the big basket at the bottom which collect the things that get thrown down, the 3-position reclining, the slimline look once folded for easy storage), there are a couple of points which need to be pointed out. Firstly, when putting the chair from folded position to standing up one needs to be extremely careful with the locking-in mechanism for the seat. The first couple of times I got it wrong without realizing and half-way through the feeding session the seat (with child inside) collapsed backwards out of the locks. It is really rather tricky and even though I've been doing it now several times (I have no space to keep the highchair permanently unfolded), I still struggle, but at least now I know when it's right (one must not be able to see anything of the red locking parts anymore). Another dangerous aspect is the harness. the clips at the front to lock the harness are so tight that I regularly get my finger trapped and bruised (at least it's mine and not the babies). Again, be warned and practice before use and ensure babies fingers are well out of the way. So, overall a good product and now that the price is reduce value for money, but it does require some practice and can be frustrating at times.

read moreI bought this highchair for my 1yr old daughter as she had outgrown her baby swing but liked to fall asleep sitting up. I thought a reclining highchair would be ideal & this model looked lovely. I must say I am extremely impressed with all aspects of this model. The wipe-clean fabric, removable tray, easy-fold & most of all the bargain price. I think the locking mechanism must have been updated because unlike one of the other reviewers I find it very safe & simple to use & have had no problems. This is my 4th child & probably the 10th highchair Ive ever purchased but this is by far the best, even better than the Stokke £200+ one I bought for my 1st child.
Overall a beautiful highchair with great features at a great price. I would highly recommend to all parents & if you have a boy the blue one is just as fab.

read moreI bought this product recently for my 4 month old daughter and have to say that I am delighted with it. It was very easy to put together and to work out how to use it. Having read the reviews listed before I bought it I have to say that I have had no trouble with the locking mechanism once putting the chair back out of the storage position or with the harness so not sure if they have changed them but they appear to be fine on mine. The only thing i would say is that it does not fold particularly flat. On the plus though as I am using it with a 4 month old the recline and the tray adjustment is brilliant and I have managed to find a position that is very comfortable for her. I would definitely recommend it and my daughter appears to really like being in it.

read moreThis highchair is brilliant. I originally bought a Mamas & Papas bistro highchair in December. My daughter is now 10months old. The bistro was rubbish & I hated the straps. We bought the Chicco Happy Snack on Monday and we love it. I have had Chicco highchairs with my other 2 daughters. This is easy to assemble, less bulky that the bistro, easier to strap my daughter into, one had recline (two hands needed for the bistro) , looks great & is overall fab. Personally, I cannot find any negatives and I would recommend this to others. Hence my 5 star rating. My daughter loves being in this.
