Standard Delivery We aim to deliver all stocked items within 4 working days.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 7am and 9pm.

Named Day Delivery You can now have your order delivered on the day of your choice up to 14 days from date of purchase.

Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland) We guarantee to deliver your item on the next working day provided that you have placed your order before 4pm Monday-Friday.

Split Deliveries

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.

Delivery Exclusions

All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, and that you are available to accept the delivery. Please note that at present we are unable to provide the Next Day, Named Day and Saturday delivery service if your basket includes: items on pre-order, items with extended delivery (for example, nursery furniture), or mama tens rental. If a pre-order or extended delivery item is added to an order where you wish to have one of these delivery options, your order cannot be delivered on the requested day. To ensure the correct delivery for all items in your basket, 2 separate orders can be placed: 1st order: with pre-order and extended delivery items 2nd order: remaining items in your basket.

There are restricted postcode areas where we are unable to offer a Next Day, Named Day and Saturday delivery service. These areas are as follows:

  • Aberdeen: AB
  • Dundee: DD8-11
  • Channel Islands (includes Alderney & Sark): all GY and JE
  • Western Isles: all HS
  • Isle of Man: all IM

    Extended Delivery

    Selected items such as large, bulky or website exclusive items may take a little longer to deliver; if so, this will be indicated on the product information and order summary pages. Please note that some items are only available for delivery to Mainland UK and can not be sent to offshore islands, BFPO addresses or Northern Ireland – please refer to individual products for delivery restrictions. Where an item says "dispatched within 5 working days" please allow a further 4 working days for the delivery. For Boori and King Parrot items only, you will be contacted by Boori to arrange a suitable delivery date within 14 days of your purchase. You can choose a delivery date outside of this time. Please note that you may be charged if you return unwanted products.

    What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?

    If you are not in when we attempt delivery, we will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time, alternatively we may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you.

    British Forces Deliveries

    BFPO deliveries are charged at £8.95. Delivery to BFPO Wembley will be within our standard delivery period. Please allow up to ten working days from receipt at BFPO Wembley to arrival at your BFPO address. Orders for delivery to BFPO addresses are subject to size and weight restrictions, dependent on the geographical location (max. length 1.05m).

    Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland Deliveries

    A charge of £13.95 will be made for each order delivered to The Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. For Channel Island customers, please select UK-Channel Islands as your country.

    International Deliveries

    We offer international delivery on selected items such as baby clothing, kids' clothing, maternity clothing etc... please see individual products for further details. A variable delivery charge will be applied at the checkout, according to the country of destination and weight of your order (see our main International Delivery section below). Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

    N.B. We are currently unable to deliver to Greece and Romania.

    * The delivery charge will be applied according to the total weight of your delivery. The delivery charge will be displayed at the checkout on the order summary page.

    We aim to deliver as specified in the table above, however:

  • Delivery made by airmail can take up to 30 days.
  • Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries.
  • Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.
  • Services to the following countries are currently suspended: Afghanistan, Burundi, Congo Republic, French Polynesia, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Liberia, Rwanda, Somalia, Tajikistan & Uzbekistan.

    What is the store collection service?

    When you order you now have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it from a participating store. This service is available in the UK.

    Is there a charge for store collection?

    No, this service is free of charge for all orders over £30. For an order under £30 there is a £1.95 delivery fee.

    How soon can I collect my order?

    When you place your order, you will be able to choose your collection day. If you place your order before 10pm, you will usually be able to collect it from store three working days later. If you are collecting your order from Inverness or Aberdeen there may be a further day's delay. If you ordered on the Web you will recieve an email and text message confirming when your order is ready for collection.

    How can I choose store collection?

    Delivery options are shown on our online product pages to let you know whether the item is available for home delivery or UK store collection. At checkout, you will be able to choose your delivery option.

    If you place your order in a participating store or by phone, please tell the customer assistant that you would like to collect the order from a participating store.

    What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

    When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase, or the text or email sent confirming your order is now available for collection, when you collect your order. Otherwise, please make a note of your order details and order number and take them with you to the store.

    Can someone else collect my order for me?

    Yes. They will need to answer security questions about you: your name, home address and email address or telephone number. It would be helpful if they could bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase when collecting your order. If you can't print the document, please ask them to take a note of your order number and details as they will be needed at the store.

    What happens if I don't pick up my order?

    If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone the store and let them know.

    Items with an “Email me when available” option are normally expected to be available in 4 to 8 weeks. If you request an email we will send one to you as soon as the item becomes available to order on the website.

    Self Assembly

    Some of our furniture items are delivered flat-packed and will require self-assembly. In conjunction with Screwdriver Homework we are able to offer a home assembly service. Phone 0800 454 828 and tell the Screwdriver team which flat packed item(s) you have purchased. They will arrange for someone to visit your home on a convenient date and time to assemble the item(s) in the room of your choice. Prices start from £48 and will be confirmed when you call. Payment is made direct to Screwdriver. Please check the item and enclosed fixings thoroughly upon receipt prior to booking your appointment.
