Hassle-free returns policy
Mothercare is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging, within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Most items can be returned to any Mothercare store or may be sent direct to us at:

If you need advice before you return an item please ring us on 08453 30 40 70. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
If you purchased a ‘WEB EXCLUSIVE’ product Mothercare will arrange the collection free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 08453 30 40 70. We may ask you to post this back to the supplier and we will refund you any postage costs. Please obtain a proof of posting.If you live overseas please phone our Customer Service Team in the UK on +44 (0)1923 210210, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, Sundays 10am to 4pm.
*excluding personal items including breast pads and disposable nappies, toiletries, opened CDs and DVDs, books and personalised gifts unless faulty. Mattresses may only be returned if the original printed packaging is unopened. Assembled items may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Mothercare pushchair guarantee
Any pushchair under £100 (i.e. up to £99.99) is subject to a 6 month guarantee. Any pushchair over £100 is subject to a 12 month guarantee.
Refunds & Exchanges:
We will refund or exchange the pushchair if it is returned unused and within 28 days of purchase or if the pushchair displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of the guarantee validation period.
Repairs & Spares:
We will repair your pushchair free of charge if it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days and within the guarantee period. Please refer to your local store.
Fabric:
Our manufacturers endeavour to hold fabric/coordinating components for the duration of their guarantee. If colours are not available co-ordinating colours will be used.
Keeping you mobile:
We will provide you with a courtesy stroller, subject to availability, whilst yours is away for repair.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
Affix your delivery note or credit card receipt as proof of purchase to the guarantee.
