read moreWe have just got this bed for our 3yr old and we are really pleased with it. We had to have a 2ft6 single as the bedroom is so small and lots of other just werent as nice wood. I recommend the jerssey fitted sheets from Mothercare too - they seem excellent quality. The basic mattress is perfectly fine - you really dont need to get the most expensive, the basic one is sprung interior and it supports even an adult well.

The bed is very very solid and has withstood my now 4 year old and 2 year old jumping on it haha. i am about to purchase another of these beds for my youngest, if you are looking for a bed for your child i really would recommend this one. read moreBought this for our 2.5 year old. She loved it. She can easily get in and out. We also got the fixed wooden guards. There were pre drilled holes in the bed frame, so very easy to fix. Took hubby about an hour to put all together by himself. Has held up to some serious jumping by 2 toddlers. Very impressed and will be ordering another one for our 1.5 year old when she is ready.
