read moreI had bought the really expensive wrap around sling (not mentioing names) but it was a nightmare to use and didn't feel secure. Bought this which was sooo much cheaper but it was brilliant and better! I'm still using it for my baby who is nearly 5 months and 8kg. I would recommend the same mothercare carrier but with the one that has extra back support. This is also machine washable - I just chuck in washing machine and off we go.

read moreI'm using this product with my 6 week old baby and have found it very useful. It feels very secure and is easy to use. I have always suffered with back problems so i was a bit dubious about using a carrier but the position of the straps on my back is ideal and causes me no discomfort. My only critisism is that the clips are quite stiff but i suppose that's better than them being to loose. My daughter seems very happy and comfortable in it. Very good value for money.

It is really difficult to get baby in and securred without throwing her about and making her upset, also the belts are so long I had to wrap them around the straps to stop them hanging down, which is not easy when baby is in carrier! Also this was recommended to me by a Mothercare expert over another brand, when I have my next baby I will be buying a BabyBjorn as recommended by a friend!!!!

read moreThis carrier is only good for small or newborn babies, I found that as soon as my baby reached the age of 6 weeks, the carrier offered no support. The velcro kept unattaching itself and it was very difficult to put on by myself as there was too much velcro strips which weren't very secure and also too many clips. The only up side to this carrier is that it is comfortable too wear and I had no back aches while wearing it. I would not recommend it!!!
