read moreNow that my baby boy is 7 months old I can definately say that the Grobag Thermometer Egg was one of the best things I bought for him. By just opening the door I can immediately see from the colour glow on the egg if the room temperature is ok, without having to switch on the light. The actual temperature is also very easy to read and the whole thing is very user-friendly. I'm so impressed I've bought one for a friend who's just had a baby today!

read moreI bought the grobag egg based on the company's reputation and have been so pleased with it. In fact I would say that it is up there with my buggy and carseat as best baby purchases! We have ours in a position where it can be seen if the door is open just a crack, so we can see from the colour whether the temperature is ok without waking up our baby. It is also makes a nice nightlight. My one criticism is that it has to be plugged in - if grobag made a battery powered version then it would be perfect!

read moreI bought this to monitor the temperature of our rooms for our new baby and find it very useful. The colour changing light makes checking the temp in the night very easy but i have found that the number display isn't very clear. You have to be at just the right angle to read the disply clearly which is annoying when you're trying to do a quick check during nap time.
Useful but awkward to see.

read moreOur bedroom gets very warm and had a few restless nights so we decided to buy this to get a more accurate count of the temperature in our room. We got it during a rather hot weekend and our room was showing up in the red but we got our fan out, opened all the windows and doors to help air flow and now tends to be orange, just hovering above yellow. This has helped as know how many sheets/blankets is needed as well as been a handy little light for night time. I will add that it does seem very dim during day time but don't worry, it's much brighter at night!

read moreI bought one of these when my first baby was born and it's great, not had any trouble with the temperature reading and it's a beautifully designed bit of kit, looks cool! I bought a second one when we had another baby and they each have them in their rooms (one of which is an attic room with very varying temperatures) and they're great to glance at. Recommended.
