I know it is recomended for 6 months plus but at 3 months he is really enjoying it. I have no negative comments at all. It is the best thing we have bought him.

read moreif i could recommend any entertainment toy for 4months+ it would definitely be this, this was bought as a gift and millie absolutley loves it! the only downfall is the fact she can only stay in it for short periods of time. the fisherprice jumparoo is the best buy so far (although we couldnt get enough of the fisherprice aquarium bouncer when she was smaller) it not only keeps her amused and is educational but gives me chance to the washing up! you must give it a go, its great!

After hearing everyone rave about how excellent the rainforest jumperoo was, I decided to go out and buy one for my little girl, who at the time was approx 4 and half / 5 months old.
At first I was a little bit concerned that it wouldn't be worth the money at £89.99 but as the saying goes you get what you pay for! My little girl loved it instantly and only took her 20 minutes or so to learn how to bounce, after a little bit of prompting from my husband and I.
It took a while to errect as one of the legs was the the wrong way round but it was easy to adjust once we worked out how and I think this was just a one of with ours.
My only regret is not getting one earlier, my little girl was supporting her own head from 3 and a half / 4 months, so wished I'd got one then. My daughter is now 9 months old and has lost interest since crawling and prefers to be mobile in her walker - but thats probably because she is spoilt for choice but I think if we hadn't of got her a walker, she would still happily be playing in it now.
I've also just sold our jumperoo for 50% of what we bought it for, so it retains its value quite well when looked after. I think we could of happily saved it a few years for our next child and sold it after that and still got 50% for it. I will definetly be buying one again for our next child.
A few reviews I read before I bought ours complained that it was big in size, realistically it only takes up slightly more room than a walker would but you have to bare in mind that its errect all the time but thats not something that should put anyone of. The joy it gives you while your watching your little one have the time of their life is well worth it. It also gives you time to have 5 minutes to yourself with your feet up or to get on with the dishes etc while they're in it. I can't recommend this product enough, in my opinion an absolute MUST have. The best toy by far we've bought for my little girl so far.
