read moreI found these ideal to start weaning my daughter. I would simply puree the food and put it in the pots when it had cooled I popped them in the freezer until I needed them. I personally prefer to feed her food I have cooked rather than buy pots which have additives and preservatives in them and they are just as easy to take with you when you are on the go. The only thing I found was it is easier to get the food out of the pots when it is still frozen.
